One Local Summer Week 9

Well, this is getting easier and easier - this week’s feast was almost entirely local. For dinner we feasted on local sausage from Simply Grazin’ grilled with peppers and onions from the farm. Even the rolls were local(ish) having come from Lancaster County. For dessert, a free-form berry tart courtesy of Baking Illustrated made with over a quart of gorgeous blackberries and raspberries from the farm.
